July 2, 200719 yr Author Thanks. The trees I've seen don't get very big so it probably isn't commonly seen. I had to cut some out of a local tree and decided to give it a try. ron
July 4, 200719 yr could you post some more photos. very nice looking wood. i want to see the handle and guard from the top and bottom. very interesting knife design. slim but nice size handle. thanks, buzz
