It could have been made by HB, sure looks like one to me also.

    looks like there is more in the center there and it also looks like it has "indpls" below the logo I have seen that abreviation for Indianapolis done before can't remember where.

    Anvils in America lists a Roala made by Hay Budden on page 289. Apparently Raola was a hardware company in Indianapolis.
