muskiedaze Posted March 17, 2012 Share Posted March 17, 2012 To my understanding, commercially drilled hafts are done on a horizontal boreing machine with a stationary hollow bit throughwhich 100 #/sq.in. of air pressure is used to clear out the chips from the rotating stock.
