January 31, 201214 yr Sorry if this is the wrong place on the forum. I usually pick up my coal in west va. but did not make the trip this fall. Im trying to find a source for smithing coal near syracuse ny. I only have 150lbs left. I thought I could make it through the winter but have been forging more than normally. Any leads would be appreciated. Thank you

January 31, 201214 yr Contact DiverMike here on IFI. He is with the New York State Designer Blacksmiths Genesee Forge. There was a source right in Syracuse but I don't know if it is still active, Mike will know. Or you could get it where I get it in Erie County at Reboy Supply (Pocahontas #3).
