Markings on a post vise??? TH 4

Just curious, saw pics of a post vise that only had the markings "TH 4" on the under side of the mounting plate. The vise is suppose to have 5 3/4" jaws and weigh around 70 pounds..Anyone might know what the TH 4 stands for?? Thanks
