Go get a fan out of a car, remove the motor and install a series of pulleys and belts increase the speed from the crank approx 50 rpm to an output speed of 2000 rpm. Disclamer I have a manufactured blower but if I had to build one that's how I'd do it. If you want pulley sizes I'll have to do some math and get back to you.

have a dig about on Youtube for developing world blacksmiths. I've come across lots where they use a bicycle wheel as the large pulley and a drive belt rigged up to a paddle fan built inside a bucket or coffee can, quite often the peddles and gears are combined with a fan from the air conditioning (?) of a car.

I have the chance to purchase blowers made in china they work real good on rivit forges they are not a champion or buffalo blower but they are new and resonably priced was wondering if there would be a market?

If you can find the blower out of a old clothes dryer you can rig up a pulley system for it.
