hello, im new to the whole blacksmith thing. any tips on how to forge weld? i allready have the 20 muleteam borax and attempted to weld flat scrap from the shop upon it'self but all it did was flatten out and not weld. tips would be great. oh yeah im 20, can mig, tig, and stick. been tigin since i was 5 (my dad taught me (i wanted to learn) i can weld aluminum, ss316,304 and carbon steel. now im trying to get used to forge welding for making knives etc. tips or websites that i can go to would be great.
