In all honesty, I haven't smithed any thing yet. Reasons being is that I'm in a very small neighborhood (and for some reason sound travels really far), I was looking into making a Japanese Samurai Armor and Katana. These were mostly made in the 12th century till about the end of the 16th I believe. Correct me if I'm wrong please.

keep in mind that i'm still new to the whole armor smithing, so a question like this should be ok to ask right? and as for the whole smithing the sheet deal...i think it would be fun, but time consuming.
