Manufacture of Anvil

I was recently gifted an anvil. Trying to figure out the age, manufacturer & value. it does have a raised Z on one side and a raised M on the other. Both seem to be part of the casting process. Guessing it’s weight is about 75 pounds. It does have a square & round hole on the top. No mouse holes on the under sides. If anyone can help, greatly appreciated. Thanks Dan
