From what I was told, it came from a 60 year olds grandfather, who allegedly got it from his father. Who knows how long it might have been passed down.

I picked this up at a second hand junk store in AZ. I am wondering if someone might be able to help me identify the maker? It isn't super legible but pics attached with makers mark. Any help appreciated!
