Did you ever make one of these? I was drinking with my buddy this weekend and had this exact idea pop in my head. He loves kitchen knives and said that the handles are always the issue so you have to make sure to hold a knife before you buy. At least expensive ones. Anyway. Never comment on these things but had to after reading this when I searched to see if it has been done. Probably a lot easier to do now than in 2009 with all the technology at our disposal.
