I picked up this small vise, but I’m having trouble identifying it, the only marking it has is Cleveland as you will see in the photo. I think it’s possibly more of a craft vise due to its size. Any internet search for Cleveland Vise comes back with Colombian Vises but still can’t find anything like this. 
Hoping someone could help.
