Check your port on the burner. Mine was plugged with some rust/metal shavings. I used flash light and could see it was blocked. I used a small drill bit and compressed air to clear it out. If there's blockage you can adjust the regulator all you want and the gauge will move, but the correct amount of propane wont ever make it to the burner
