  1. I'm working on a rr spike knife and I've drawn all but the blade out about a foot and a quarter so I can turn t back up to make a "U" shape handle. But about an inch down from the blade I have 2 cracks and I can't seem to close them up. What should I do? Perhaps "bandage" it with a strip of metal wrapped around or something? Any help is much appreciated!
  2. Hi to all you "Smiths" out there, I'm Zeroce, and I just got started with this stuff. I like it alot and I'm ready to learn all I can from you guys. I've made a break drum forge and 2 knives so far. One was a gift and the other still needs a handle and heat treatment. I wanna get real good at this so I'll have a lot of questions I'm sure. Hope to get to know you guys real soon.
