  1. I had the opportunity to build all my “toys” in my gallery for free. Cost a little for material for the T burners is all. I was thinking to the future.
  2. Thank you, I get that... My intention is to run shut off valves between each torch, running what I need for the stage I am at... Would that work?
  3. Here is a snapshot of it running, no insulation yet. It does have flairs at the end of the torch to help with back pressure. But I am sure she will need tweeking when the insulation wct is completed...
  4. I built this one at work. At the time I was welding and had the chance to build a larger forge . I figured this design would give a larger heat zone for longer pointy things... At the moment I am setting up this guy
  5. Frosty T burners, shell has about 1800 cubic inches... 3/4” Frosty T burners
  6. The shell is 28” long, torch ports are 4.5” spaced on center...
  7. Hello to all, newbie here with my 1st gas 2 burner forge attempt. Made from 30 gallon propane tank. I am currently setting and tuning up Tee burners. Any and all comments are welcome... Thanks ...
  8. My 5lb hammer bounces about 6 times from about a 3” drop. Not very scientific but seems good to me over most of the surface... I was thinking about putting 1/8” rubber black gasket material under the block to help with the ringing. Would that affect the rebound from the block not being in direct contact with the plate? I don’t know what type of steel the block is. But the sides of the block has what appears to be die lines. If you zoom in on the block you can see them clearly. Not sure if that is a hint or not?
