    As a new blacksmith who has yet to build his first forge i was wondering about a couple things. 1) what is a decent hammer? i have heard that all i need right now is a flat hammer ie no grooves on the head. 2)the difference between a side-blast, and a bottom-blast furnace. thats it for now and thanks in advance for all the help.
