Hello all I just completed my brake drum forge and in the middle of the build I had to go do some weed eating at my uncles. He said he had an anvil in his barn i could have. So i checked his barn and found the anvil it is a sisco 66 lb. I looked around more and found a buffalo handy blower buried. Blower was pretty fair shape but needs bearings. Here are some pics.

Hello all, been checking out the forum for a while and have decided to build a brake drum forge to start to learn. I have tried to search but didnt see the answer to my question my apologies if ive overlooked it i was planning on a small table or mantle in which i would cut a hole for the drum i would like to know what the min thickness is for metal in contact with the drum thanks
