Thanks Frozenforge!

Finally pulled the trigger on this for $300 yesterday. Rings great, rebound is at least 80%. I am thinking pre-1909. SN looks like 33027 or 33627. I see two "8"s on the same side as maker's mark. The only thing that resembles anything like an inspector's # is maybe a "1"? I used a wire brush and some oil on it last night, but included a pic of it prior to working on it. Any info fellas?

200 lb. Peter Wright for $550 in ok shape - what do ya think? Guy says it has good rebound and looks like somebody "practiced" welding on it. He's sending pics. I can post them later if that helps. Thanks fellas!

Thanks for the info fellas! I'll be mostly looking to rough in knives and miscellaneous tool steel implements, maybe even some ornamental iron!
