Hey man, get at me through pm, don't mind another coming up and at firing some, and as far as the marriage thing, I'm lucky enough to have someone who encourages smithing because its cool and it makes me happy
So if this has already been asked I'm sorry... I live in western Kentucky around the ft.Campbell area and I'm looking for a coal supplier...I'm running lump charcoal now but want to run coal...anyways if anyone in the bluegrass has any tips or anyone else it would be appreciated
So I just got a 21 inch length of railroad track and while I don't necessarily need to make it into another anvil I think "what the heck, you can always use another anvil" right? So my question is how would I go about making a hardy hole? Drill out and file square or is there a much easier way? I don't have a mill or anything, and just started thinking about it... Also sorry if it's been asked before
Hey all, new to the site and to blacksmithing, just trying to share ideas and learn a few things too. also see if there's anyone around western ky area, found a few in a group on Facebook but the group isn't really active ever
