    Forty-five dollars ain't bad but the postage must have been a killer! There was a post on here a while back where a guy and a gal forge welded a new leg on their leg vise, good to see a nice young lady banging iron. Anyway have fun fixing up your vise and send pictures of the process. :P

    The auction was online but it was local pickup, I got the screw free today, I plan on using pipe to fix the post for now because I don't have a working forge yet, I hope to get a portable forge fixed up soon.

    I picked up this vise from a online auction for $45, I have to free up the screw and fix the the part that sits on the ground, it looks hand made, any ideas on making a spring for it.
