It sound more like the shipping was the problem and not the actual product.

Wow that's a great design. When is the firs production model coming out ?.

Thank y'all!
Takeru691 - It certainly does make building a sheath (of any construction) more complicated to have the blade wider near the tip than at the base. I believe on this one that the spine pretty much just follows the mold of the Kydex while the primary bevel forces open the Kydex on the edge side, so the secondary bevel (the actual cutting edge) is not in contact with the Kydex.
Thanks for the answer.

Really nice, I alwais wandered how does it work with Kydex sheath when the tip of the blade is larger than the base. Does it just spread the top of the sheet until it reach the right spot? Does it mean that the whole sheath spread open when pulling the blade out ?

Really nice blade design, i like the handle a lot.

i also notice this and when you see the replay you can notice that the angle of the blade is not totally perpendicular to the bungee cord when Doug try to slice them. I don't see those bungee being cut without a back and fort slicing motion witrh the cord resting on a hard surface.

How many believe that there should not have been a winner last week
They needed a winner and i think that the judges had to chose the best of the worse. i kind of agree when they said that a bent sword can be repair but not a broken one.

wow, nice and detailed build. Great job.

What kind of machine is that?

Is it really that bad to let the files touch each other? I might need to consider a better storage solution for my files then.

I got my burner in the mail only 2 weeks after i ordered it it was really fast shipping. I orderedt the whole connection kit but in the end i use the regulator that i already had and connected the hose with a barb fitting. This thing is a beast, in the video i only used around 5 psi and the roar was crazy.

Just bought one of their new burner with all the connection kit just before Christmas. Waiting for it to be delivered, i<m building the rest of the forge myself but i wanted to get a good burner.

My O.C.D. is kicking in with this game, everything in the game can be use to craft something. I have to go back to the start of the game to pick up the screwdriver i left there. Where i'm i gonna put all this junk i need to be able to carry more cant miss an empty mug or a pice of paper on the ground...... must... find .... everything.
BTW i though that the section EVERYTHING ELSE under GENERAL DISCUSSION was meant to talk about other stuff than forging and blacksmithing. Sorry if i'm wrong.

I'm a big fan of the serie, I'm getting it today, anybody else is excited for this new release.
Il play a bit and give you my first impression.

Interesting, i was thinking of doing the same thing with the same hammer i have. Did you use a flap disk with a grinder? If so, what grit did you use.

I really like Dirty Smith also Chandlers and Technicus joe but really i watch anything blacksmith related, there is always something to learn

Wow, just wow.... great work. Just for my knowledge, how long did it take you to do the complete work?
-
Wow, really good video. This is some production you got there. Is there really a huge market for forged bottle openers?

Hi guys and girls.
I was wandering if any of you is taking special steps to protect your work and design to get stolen by a third party. Also do you guys register your touchmark/maker mark in order to be the only one to use it?
This question come from the fact that i"m designing a touchmark for myself and i did some research on the design that i want but i don't wan to take something that another blacksmith use already. Let's say i register my touchmark as a trademark and put it on my work does it protect my work against people who want to take credit for it.
Any Blacksmith/lawyer in the place who has a better knowledge of this?
