I saw your post on coal tonight. Do you have anyone teaching you how to light a fire?

I'm glad to have helped, but it's been a while sence I've been to Grape Day Park. Have glasses of some type, I wore my reading glasses. Bring something to eat and drink. We have a program at Antique Gas and Steam Engine Museum, 1st Saturday of the month, cost just $5 each time plus $45 to join the California Blacksmith Association and $30 for the "farm", not expected all at once. We can also go in on the 4th Sat. of the month ($5 too), plus ten free days a year if we blacksmith during skedualed events at the "farm". Don't take a claw hammer but a ball pin hammer is a standard tool in blacksmithing as is a 4 lb hammer. We don't normally use gloves, except when the tool hand is near red hot steel holding a chisel. Ware long cotton pants, boots if you have them and cotton shirts. Polyester and other similar type of fabric will weld to your skin if it gets hit by a hot piece of metal. Stay in contact.
