Hi evryone! I have looked at your forum for some time but just made an account to finally post something. Everyone seems so knowledgable and I appreciate all of the information i have found here from you. I am new to blacksmithing (15 years old) and am using the coal forge from my grandpa that my parents kept in the garage. I don't have a proper anvil, I just use a piece of pipe but it is terrible. But my parents like blacksmithing so they have agreed to get me one. I found 3 near me on Ebay that dont look ruined, can any one offer advice if one of these would be ok for me to start with? I mostly do not know what size i should look for or what a good price is. Thanks everyone for the help :)
