Hi every one I'm Hem from Island of paradise Mauritius, my personal experience in knife smith started when I was 12 years old and it was just simple stock removal. After high school I've joined a construction company and work as a general labor, then became a storekeeper and ended as an administrative office, but right now I'm studying to become a health and safety officer. Since I have some free times, I started making knives again, but no more stock removal, just wish to forge my blades. After gathering all the basic materials (anvil, a few made tongs, hair dryer) I've plan to buy a hand crank blower, but as these are not readily available (mostly difficult to find) I found this site - ANGELE Schmiedetechnik - ANGELE-SHOP The price for a new hand crank blower seems to be reasonable, what do you think about it?
