Thanks for the welcome - guys. Richard - thanks for the tip on the Old Dominion Blacksmith Association. Looks like the events are not to far. I would love to try to make it to Clifton Forge but I have plans this weekend...maybe June 8th in Bedford. Hopefully by that time I will have my forge up and running. Rgds, ET Bowman

Hello Everyone, Definitely a new guy. I have had my eyes on Blacksmithing for a long time and I finally decided to do something about it and I am in the process of building me a small shop for Forging/Metal working. It will be couple months before I get everything setup and fired up but I am already in the process of reorganizing the storage and work areas. In the meantime I will be lurking around the various forums as there is definitely a lot of great info.
