  1. Hello, Does anyone have any experience with plastic steel in a sliding application? There's this power hammer i am considering, big, old, slow, low-pressure air cylinders, that has a rot hole in the cylinder wall about an inch across, down low in the stroke. It was fixed with plastic steel, probably the titanium stuff. Any idea if it's likely to hold or would you expect it to just turn to goo or shave away? THanks JRF
  2. In my quest for a power hammer I've found a Nazel 2b that I am seriously considering buying. I have some questions, though, so I asked Ries Niemi, whose opinion I respect very much. He told me to ask "Grant" on this list. Grant, if you see this, would you mind if I asked you a couple questions about power hammers in general and specifially about the one I've found? Offlist might be better if that's ok with you. Thanks very much, JRF
