Any idea's? The only visible writing on the anvil after cleaning were in that first picture. What appears to be a 0, o or posssibly a 9. Then the 316. Which i tried with the hundredweight system I found and it didnt work for what it feel likes it weights (100).

So basically I was looking to get into the hobby. The other night i was driving home and have been looking for an anvil in my price range for awhile now. When all sudden, next to someone’s trash is this anvil. So I pull over get the anvil and continue on my mary way. I clean all the rustoff, it had definitely been kept outside, and uploaded some pictures to Reddit/r/blacksmith hoping for some info. They were pretty knowledgeable and said that that looks to them like a very old "Mouse Hole" and directed me here for further info. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
