Hello everyone. My name is David and I've am just getting started in blacksmithing. I am currently turning an old Sears grill into a forge. I became interested in smithing after learning that my great grandfather did his own smithing for the mill he owned back in the Polish lands of the Austrian empire. I studied history in college and have been interested in weapons and tools since my childhood.
Advice is welcome. I suspect I will mostly just be browsing around for a while, since I know very little about smithing. Thanks in advance!
