Hello, I'm Gerard.
I'm a 16 year old student from Queensland, Australia and have recently become very interested in forging metals for moulded sculptures and engraving metal plates. Through my research into creating a strong steel compound , I have stumbled upon this community, and hope to learn many things from you. I have read into moulding and am attempting my first pour this weekend with scrap iron. My long term goal is to create elegant steel sculptures engraved with delicate patterns to sell and make at least a little money in this stage of my life.
