Both vases are made of 4" pipe. I cut notches out of one end folded them all together to form a sort of dome and welded it all up and flattened it down to make the bottom. Add some file work for decoration or wrap some vines around it.

Hi am wondering if anyone can give me some suggestions on some good bladesmithing books? Preferably ones on smaller blades such as knifes but ones on larger blades are also welcome. I have mostly self taught myself this far but I have gotten to the point where I need more information and guidance. Thanks for your time. Jake

I was thinking about buying 150lb Emerson anvil, and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with using them? Do you like the anvil, and is it worth the money to buy one, or should it look for a different brand?
