Stoddard's Lightning Tire Upsetter

To shrink a tire, a section of the tire would be heated red hot, it would be placed in the jaws, the anti-kink lever would be pulled down so that the jaws clamp the tire, and then the shrinking handle would be pulled down forcing the jaws toward one another, there by reducing the circumference of the tire.
