The second shows what I've found to be the normal mounting bracket for most PW vises that have them. Two of mine have these brackets. The third shows where they are marked on the bell housing. Peter Wright, Solid Wrought. Some are stamped on the top of the jaws, although are usualy too beat up to make out much.
