Looks good, great idea.
I like your candleholder. I usually will try some new candleholder of original design when I get a chance to forge. Also a clever one piece design.

Sorry for the double post. I thought there was something familiar there.
Three things about this piece caught my eye. First: I like the detail and symmetry of the screw holes and how they blend into the stalk. Second: the rib or vein under the leaf and Third: the "beehive" swirl of the tail both imbue the piece with an organic feel. Nicely done!
