Blower ID.

Recently acquired a coal forge. Came with a working blower that seems in good condition. Nothing seized and cranking it seems very smooth. I would like to clean it a bit, service it, and maybe paint it. Before I go opening it up, can anyone help me ID it?  It's says Champion but no model. On the top of the gear box assembly is a little flip cap, presumably for adding oil into the gears.

I have two of those blowers on my forges. One is my home made forge and the other is a WWI era Army pack forge. For 30 years I've been looking for the model number of them. Everyone that I've talked to said they are just the Lancaster model. Maybe someone here will have more info on them.

BTW: They don't take a lot of oil, just enough for the lower gear teeth to get into it. They work on the splash lube system. When I first got mine I put way too much oil in it and had oil puddled on the floor under it.
