April 25, 200818 yr I found this on Craigslist this morning. I can't find any information about it anywhere. It claims to be a Western Chief, but, I've never seen one with a wheel like this. April 26, 200818 yr It's missing the lever mechanism, which has a one way clutch to drive the wheel on the downstroke. The wheel runs a leather belt that drives the blower. If everything is set up and running right, they are good machines but do take up some room. Figure some time to get it running if you decide to buy it.
