Yes I am nerly 50. Make your own. 

The fan has open close gate. Can adjust from 1-10.

I am Solo:). Yes it solid. The motor has a fan control. Clinker braker and the on/off swict. I have not a air gate. Thank you!

4-5 years. I like to work with steel. I have a gas forge. Less smoke.
