    I'm a newbie just starting.  I don't have my own workshop yet.  I'm going to open forge time at a local makerspace.  So reading all the info here is fascinating.  I have no particular goals other than skill development, and i like making stuff so forges, tools, etc are cool.  

    I'm in Northern VA im sure there are are folks around other than the ones i see at the makerspace and those folks in BGOP.
