Does anyone know about bh&co kirkstall forge anvils I’ve been looking it up all day with no luck

Need help to identifying this Anvil, I just got it and would like to know who made it, from my research it looks like a mousehole forge anvil but I’m not sure, by the numbers it is a 202 pound anvil,the letters does sorta look like mouse hole forge 

I have some railway clips they where made by Pandrol but I’m unsure as what steel it is I’ve tried to google it but can’t find what steel it is, some people say they are 1060 but others say it’s 5160. Does anyone know if they are good for making punches?
