Hey thanks guys . Frosty I was drilling them out at first but not always successful . Punch and drift keeps my drill bits sharp and not broke haha . Fairly easy to make actual measurements are like 1 1/2 " across by 3" tall . 

I make this using 1/8 " Allen wrenches and can punch them out
