I am just getting started in the hobby so I dont know what a "good" price for an anvil is, I found this 88lb Peter Wright Anvil marked as $380 and I was wondering if that was a reasonable price?

I am 14 and live in Iowa, I want to start smithing.  I have watched endless amounts of videos on youtube and read online books about the hobby but still have not found a good "article" on how to get started(Tools, metal, beginners projects, etc.) Me and my grandfather are in the process of building a brake drum forge.  But I still would like to know what kind of hammers I need, what a good anvil is and what it will cost, other tools and where to get them.  Any help or suggestions about the hobby is appreciated.  Thanks!
