Hello all. Close to completing my gasser and was wondering if you could recommend a supplier of refractory / lining materials? Would like to purchase from single source. Thanks for your valued suggestions.

Thanks. Not forged on either one.Hoping to get some input based on others dealings with.

I have two anvils. One is a 155# Hay Budden and the other is a 200# West. Both are in great shape however the Hay Budden has been used quite a bit more. I am thinking about giving one to a family member. Which one would you give away, and which one would you keep??

Do you know if the anvils were painted from the factory? I ask because this anvil looks like it would have a factory coating on it. It looks like it was bought and "never" used. Thanks again.

Wow. Good to know. I got it for about half of what I gave for the Hay Budden, and it's 45 pounds heavier.

Hello. My bride picked me up another anvil while I was out of town. I would appreciate your help identifying it. It is a 200# and has a W cast into an inverted triangle.
