I hope I am doing this right.  I am very very new to this site.  As of last night in fact. I was watching a clip on making fire without matches and thought it was pretty interesting.  I bounced around to several sites getting info on fire making. And found this site.  I think it is so cool and there are tons of information I can glean from you guys  One of the first is I would like to try flint and striker fire making.  I have made my char cloth and it even worked.  I used an old BIC lighter to spark the cloth to get the fire, it was awesome. Now I am looking for a striker and maybe some flint.  I did not want to go through eBay or amazon, I thought I could get better quality from a smith.  Is there any way you could help me or point me to someone that can.  Thanks in advance.  If you could use my email.  I am afraid I might mess up using this site and miss your post.
