An anvil /vise combo tool. For the apartment dweller's hobby work bench it is a good tool, does everything he needs. But it is definately not a heavy duty blacksmithing tool. Adjustment is a 1/2" rod that goes through the anvil base just at the left foot, and through the vise rail. The vise screw then pushes against the vist jaw sliding it along the rail to clamp the work in the vise jaws.
