New standalone facade visualization software for ironwork shops

Featured Replies

Hey guys,

I wanted to share a standalone desktop solution I've been working on to solve a major headache in our industry: spending hours drafting custom gates, railings, and ornamental frames in complex CAD software or Photoshop just to show a client a simple estimate.

As a software creator, I recently engineered a Windows application called "El Herrero" (The Master Blacksmith) specifically to help welding fabricators and blacksmiths speed up their design-to-sale workflow.

The concept is simple:
• Real-Time Facade Visualization: You upload a real photo of the client's house facade, and you can instantly drag-and-drop elements right over the photo to show them exactly how the finished gate or railing will look before cutting a single piece of steel.
• Built-in 700+ HD Parts Library: Ready to use scrolls, pickets, forged elements, and custom bars so you don't draw from scratch.
• Smart Symmetry: Automatic scaling and mirroring to keep alignments perfect with zero mathematical errors.

Since we just launched the standalone version today, I uploaded a short 4-minute step-by-step video demonstration showing how the workflow operates and how fast you can build a facade overlay.

You can watch the video demonstration here (just remove the spaces to visit the link):

All the technical specifications and the early-bird slots are listed directly in that YouTube video description.

I would love to hear your thoughts, feedback, or any questions on how this approach fits into your current shop's design workflow!

Thanks for your time, guys.

Just a word of caution: you're getting dangerously close to commercial advertising, which is -- as you know -- prohibited on this forum. Tread carefully.
