ThomasPowers
I've always been surprised that more postvises are not used in shops that have gone through a bunch of cast iron machinists vises. I did buy one from a car repair business that had been in the same location since 1918. The vise had a very nice "hammer finish" to it after 75 years of mechanics and body men using it. ThomasPowers
Have you read the "Read This First" sticky? It explains customs, requirements and helpful hints about this site and how to use it effectively without stepping on toes including things like how to post pictures---they generally have to be sized down and how to search on the site---don't use the site's search function use your browser and add site:iforgeiron.com to the search string.
