welder19
Welcome, most of us started with next to nothing and make shift at that, this is a collect as you go hobby, even if you have the $$ to buy tools and equipment, it isn't always easy to find, but getting there is half the fun. welder19
jayco
Welcome hicks! Making do with what you have is, in my opinion, the very spirit of blacksmithing. The ancient smiths, and today's smiths in some of the more isolated locations do a lot with very little. With a little money, you can buy a set of tongs, but once you've made a good set yourself,...........YOU KNOW TONGS! There's a difference. Enjoy the site! Finnr
Welcome to IFI . Starting with nothing is pretty common. Son you will be making most of what you need if you stick at it. Finnr
