Frosty Posted March 7, 2021 Share Posted March 7, 2021 I understood you Deimos, I only brought up the oxygen lance as an extreme example of applying heat to concrete. A little splatter from a torch or welder doesn't cause concrete to spall unless it builds up in one spot.
