ThomasPowers
I still remember the day my old college housemate called me up and said "Do you know what today is?" "No" "Today is 7 years after graduation---everything we did in college is past the Statute of Limitations, we're finally legit!" (Not having committed Murder or Treason....) pnut
I think they've pretty much done away with a statute of limitations in most states when it comes to felony offenses. Any crime committed after the statute was changed isn't protected. Example: if a state rescinded the statute of limitations law in 2000 and you commit a felony in 2001 you can be prosecuted still. If the felony was committed in 1999 it would be covered and you couldn't be prosecuted. I'm sure you'll be fine. Pnut
