READ THIS FIRST Your Hay Budden looks to be in excellent shape and ready to go to work. Hope you have read about not doing any grinding, milling or welding on the hardened face. There should be a serial number on the foot under the horn, with it someone who has a copy of AIA (Anvils in America) can give you an idea of when she was made.
