Thanks for the beautiful photos alexandr!  We got snow out here over the weekend.  Not enough to be pretty, just enough to be miserable and get your shoes wet.

This was the bit of fun this weekend.  The boy bought it as his first motorcycle, so we had to plan around the weather to get it from the city back to our house in the sticks.  We convoyed back home because he hasn't had a chance to register it until today and he was frankly intimidated by the prospect of driving a motorcycle at 70 for the trip to the house.  The rush was to get back before the snow started.

So the front "improvised" half of my smithy.  (Built in two sections so far: first 20'x30' was commercially done all steel with a concrete floor, the second 20'x30',  a telephone pole pole barn with a dirt floor but all steel otherwise with taller walls and open eaves for added ventilation; AKA the "dirty shop".)

Welcome aboard Regina, glad to have you. If you'll put your general location in the header you'll have a better chance of meeting up with members within visiting distance.

Not to mention, we'd love to know where you took the photos. Are you a professional photographer or serious hobbyist, or?

Frosty The Lucky.

There are a lot of photographers of differing skill levels on Iforge. I enjoy catching a good shot myself.

We LOVE pictures, please feel free to show us what you wish. So long as they're suitable to show young children you don't want to have to explain adult things.

Woop Woop, another Dutchy.

Most people here are nice... a bit grumpy at times, sometimes smelly, but always nice.;)

Found some pictures I took years ago on a foggy morning, experimenting with my wife's camera. DSCF8934.JPG.4ac89490ba4139527c3dc3a96b5da723.JPG

The Sint Jan Cathedral, The clock tower is build on top of a ancient roman tower, later the rest of the cathedral was build behind it. On the dome there used to be a larger wooden tower, but it was struck by lighting and burned down. "Gods Fury" after Willem van Oranje was assassinated

I have been to Russia in the winter time, everything outside of the town was very pretty. The city itself not so much ;)

Could you take some photo's? I don't like downloading random video's from the internet, call me paranoid

I can't wait for Europe to open. Last spring I was going to the tulip exhibition in the Keukenhof. Covid ruined all plans. Hopefully it will be over soon.

The Keukenhof is a very pretty place to go, and while your are there, visit the castle.
